| Project comprising of serviced apartments, retail mall, shop offices, and commercial development. RNC Integral Concrete Technology (M) Sdn Bhd was selected to waterproof the retail mall (Pavilion 2), shop office and 4-blocks serviced apartment (The Park Residence). The structures were integrally waterproofed with XYPEX Admix C-1000NF. Additionally XYPEX and XYLASTIC waterproof coatings were used for internal wet areas, plantings, exposed wet areas, and roofs. | |
