RNC Integral Concrete Technology (M) Sdn Bhd was selected to waterproof the retail mall (Pavilion 2), shop office and 4-blocks serviced apartment (The Park Residence). The structures were integrally waterproofed with XYPEX Admix C-1000NF. Additionally XYPEX and XYLASTIC waterproof coatings were used for internal wet areas, plantings, exposed wet areas, and roofs. | |
