XYLASTIC®-FLEXCEM

XYLASTIC®-FLEXCEM is a 2-part, polymer modified flexible cementitious waterproofing coating.

XYLASTIC®-FLEXCEM consists of a mixture of special selected Portland cement, quartz powder, polymer latex and proprietary additives. When applied XYLASTIC®-FLEXCEM to concrete and mortar, it provides an excellent water tightness to prevent water infiltration.
